Patti Stanfill, CPA, Owner

Education: National College: Bachelor of Science in Accounting
Certifications: Certified Public Accountant, QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor

My name is Patti Stanfill and I grew up in Glendive, Montana. Upon graduation in 1993, I wanted to experience a larger town and attended Montana State University in Bozeman. A wedding ring landed on my finger and we moved to Rapid City, SD, where I finished my accounting degree in 1997 at National College in Rapid City. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude. After college graduation, we realized nothing beats Montana so we moved to Billings, where I started working for Ortt & Co. CPAs, Inc. I passed my CPA exams in 1998 and achieved my goal of becoming a Certified Public Accountant. In 2006, I became a shareholder of Ortt & Co. CPAs, Inc. with Bryant and Madge Ortt. In 2010, I bought out the prior owners and became the sole owner of the firm. In my spare time (ha ha), I enjoy spending time with my very supportive husband, Jay, and three kiddos.  In 2019 we changed the name from Ortt & Co CPAs to Beyond the Numbers CPAs, Inc.
